Thailand is home to numerous beautiful beaches, making it a popular spot for gravure models and actresses to take photos by the shore. Let’s take a tour of some of Thailand’s stunning beaches, guided by the country’s bikini beauties.

Introduction to Thailand’s Tourist Beaches

Pattaya Beach

Pattaya, a destination famous for its nightlife, including the notorious Walking Street, is primarily known as a beach resort. Although it’s close to Bangkok and very well-known, the beach can get crowded and is often littered. The water isn’t very clear, so it’s more of a place to have fun by the shore or sunbathe. This is a scene from Pattaya’s famous Bikini Marathon. For better or worse, it’s an overly famous tourist beach, but you can find more relaxing spots if you move away from the main area.

Koh Larn (Coral Island)

Just off the coast of Pattaya is Koh Larn, reachable by a 40-minute ferry ride. The island offers various marine sports such as jet skiing and parasailing. There are about five beaches on the island, and the water here is much clearer than at Pattaya Beach.

Koh Samet

A small island located southeast of Pattaya, Koh Samet is accessible by a four-hour drive from Bangkok to the town of Rayong, followed by a one-hour boat ride from Ban Phe Pier, about 30 minutes away. The entire island is a marine national park. It features shallow beaches with coral reefs, and the white sand is known for its squeaky sound when walked on. Unlike Pattaya, Koh Samet is in the open sea outside the Gulf of Thailand, so the water is crystal clear.

Koh Chang

Koh Chang is an island you can reach by ferry from the town of Trat, near the Cambodian border. It’s a large island with abundant nature, often called Thailand’s last hidden paradise. The island is lined with small towns along the coast, making it convenient for tourists.

Hua Hin

Located southwest of Bangkok, about a three-hour drive, Hua Hin is a town famous as a royal retreat. The beaches are quiet and relaxing since noisy jet skis and other motorized activities are banned. One unique attraction here is horseback riding on the beach.

Koh Samui

A beautiful island that’s a 1 hour 20 minutes flight from Bangkok with Thai Airways. Being a southern island far from the mainland, it’s a clean and scenic location. Known for its coconuts, Koh Samui also has tourist spots like the Big Buddha. At night, you can relax on lounge chairs on the sand at open bars while watching fire dance shows. The nearby Koh Phangan is famous for its Full Moon Parties held on full moon nights.

Phuket

Phuket is one of the world’s top tourist destinations, located in southern Thailand. It’s renowned for its emerald green sea and pristine white sand beaches. As a well-developed tourist destination, it offers a wide variety of shopping, entertainment, and golfing facilities, making it a great place to explore. If you venture around the Phuket area, you can find secluded beaches on islands surrounded by lush greenery and mysterious rock formations. It’s a 1 hour 20 minutes direct flight from Bangkok.

Krabi

Krabi is a coastal area surrounded by massive limestone cliffs and tropical jungles. The region is dotted with over 130 small islands, creating a secluded atmosphere with private beaches accessible only by boat. It would be exciting to explore and find your favorite island.

Phi Phi Islands

Located between Phuket and Krabi, the Phi Phi Islands consist of six small islands. Surrounded by green seas and coral reefs, these islands are a quiet paradise covered with tropical palm trees. The clear water makes it a famous diving spot, but it’s also an ideal place to relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation.

Did any of these beaches catch your interest? In Thailand, it might be nice to go beach sightseeing with your favorite Thai girl and enjoy a leisurely vacation together.
